MoneyGo referral program terms and conditions

Terms and definitions

Service – a set of hardware and software developed, created and operated with the aim of providing the customer with financial transaction processing services.

MoneyGo account – an account in the MoneyGo system created by a user by entering their personal information at https://money-go.com/register

MoneyGo wallet – an individual user’s balance in one of three currencies (USD, EUR, RUB). The wallet number can be seen in My Account in the following formats: U000000 for USD, E000000 for EUR, and R000000 for RUB.

User – an individual who creates an account with MoneyGo.

Referrer – a user who creates a referral link in their account and attracts a newbie to MoneyGo.

Newbie – a user who registers after following a referral link from a referrer.

Remuneration – commission earned by a referrer for transactions completed by newbies referred by them.

Transaction – a financial transaction (deposit, exchange, withdrawal, or transferal of funds from one wallet to another) processed in the MoneyGo system.

4. Remuneration

4.1. Referrers receive compensation each time a user registers via their referral link and makes a deposit on the MoneyGo service.

4.2. Referrers receive this remuneration in the form of funds added to the balance of their MoneyGo wallet.

4.3. Remuneration is credited within 48 hours of the newbie’s transaction being processed.

4.4. The service reserves the right to reclaim funds paid as remuneration in the event that the transaction the remuneration was paid out for is canceled.

4.5. If, in the event that a transaction is canceled and the remuneration is reclaimed from a referrer’s wallet, the referrer’s balance is insufficient to cover this cost, their balance will become negative.

4.6. Remuneration is calculated and credited in the currency of the transaction it is paid out for.

4.7. Referrers receive remuneration in their MoneyGo account in either USD, EUR or RUB, depending on the transaction currency. If the wallet is new or the referrer has been deleted, no commission will be paid.

4.8. Remuneration is only paid out when a newbie deposits funds to their MoneyGo wallet.

4.9. Remuneration is not paid out for payments from users’ MoneyGo accounts for online services, transfers from partner websites to users’ MoneyGo accounts, or withdrawals from a MoneyGo wallet onto a card, mobile payment service, or any other payment method.

4.10. Referrers may withdraw their earnings using any payment method available in their country of residence.

4.11. Referrers may withdraw their funds at any time, provided that they have more than the minimum withdrawal amount for their country in their account. Minimum withdrawal amounts can be viewed in the “Withdraw” section of My account.

4.12. The remuneration amount may be added to the wallet balance, i.e. these funds may be withdrawn in the same transaction.

4.13. Remuneration can only be paid out if the amount of remuneration due is greater than 0.01 USD, or the equivalent in EUR or RUB. This is due to the technical requirements of the system. The minimum amount which a newbie must transfer in order for the referrer to receive remuneration is 20 USD, or the equivalent in EUR or RUB.

4.14. If the remuneration amount is less than the minimum amount that can be credited, no remuneration will be paid out.

4.15. Referrers will receive commission for one deposit made by a newbie to their wallet, provided that the transaction meets the rest of the conditions.
